Crystal Nava, founder, started conceptualizing the business after welcoming her first daughter into the world. “I knew I needed a way to be a mom while continuing to thrive professionally. In my mind, I imagined a space that was both flexible and fulfilling — think Lisa Bonet and Zoë Kravitz energy, where grace meets hard work.” She found true purpose after reflecting on her tenure in events and experiencing motherhood.
Crystal is unyielding in her pursuit of making her vision a reality, and she applies that same determination to bring her client’s vision to life. She’s guided by a strong value system, zeal and social responsibility.
